Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

Last Updated: October 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Feeda AI (“Feeda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Feeda is an AI-powered platform that provides access to AI applications, assistants, agents, digital tools, professional recommendations, and other digital services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our applications, interact with AI services, connect third-party services, or otherwise use Feeda.

By using Feeda, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for specific processing activities, we will obtain that consent as required. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue using the relevant services.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant.

2.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect the following information when you register or manage your account:

  • Name and display name.
  • Email address.
  • Account identifiers and authentication information.
  • Profile details and preferences.
  • Information submitted through registration forms, contact forms, and support requests.

2.2 User-Submitted Content

When you use Feeda, you may provide information such as:

  • Questions, prompts, instructions, and AI conversations.
  • Documents, images, and other uploaded files.
  • Messages exchanged through supported communication features.
  • Feedback, ratings, and support requests.
  • Other content you choose to submit to our services.

2.3 Technical and Usage Information

We or our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Device type and operating system.
  • Language and configuration settings.
  • Pages visited and features used.
  • Session information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Security and performance information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, where applicable.

2.4 Google Account Information

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect your Google account to a supported Feeda feature, we may receive information permitted by the Google permissions you authorize. Depending on the integration, this may include your Google email address, basic profile information, account identifiers, or Gmail information where the relevant permissions are requested and granted.

Feeda does not automatically access every Google service or all information associated with your Google account. Access depends on the OAuth scopes requested, the permissions you grant, and the features you use.

2.5 Location Information

Certain Feeda features may request access to your device or browser location to provide nearby places or relevant local information. Location access depends on the permissions you grant.

You can disable location permissions through your device or browser settings. Some location-based features may not work properly when permission is disabled.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Creating, maintaining, and managing user accounts.
  • Authenticating users and securing account access.
  • Operating Feeda’s AI applications, agents, assistants, and digital services.
  • Processing prompts, questions, documents, and user requests.
  • Providing Google account integrations that users authorize.
  • Providing Gmail-related features where implemented and authorized.
  • Generating AI responses, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Supporting communication between users and professionals through supported features.
  • Maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance.
  • Detecting and preventing spam, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Responding to support requests and communicating service updates.
  • Complying with applicable laws and enforcing our terms and policies.

We will not use personal information for purposes incompatible with this policy without obtaining any additional consent required by applicable law.

4. Google OAuth and Account Authorization

Feeda may use Google’s OAuth authorization system to allow users to sign in with Google or connect their Google accounts to supported features.

OAuth allows users to authorize specified access without providing their Google password directly to Feeda. Google displays the requested permissions during the authorization process so that users can review them before granting access.

Feeda accesses Google user data only within the scope of the permissions granted and the applicable Google API requirements.

You can revoke Feeda’s Google access through your Google Account settings:

Manage Google Account Permissions

Revoking access prevents future access through the revoked authorization. However, revocation does not automatically delete information previously stored by Feeda. You may separately request deletion of stored information as described in this policy.

5. Google User Data and Gmail

5.1 Google Data We Access

The Google data Feeda accesses depends on the actual OAuth scopes configured for the application. Where the relevant integration is implemented and authorized, this may include:

  • Basic Google account profile information.
  • Google account email address.
  • Gmail message content or metadata.
  • Gmail sending functionality.
  • Other Google service information required for specifically authorized features.

We do not claim to access Gmail messages, send emails, or use other Google services unless the corresponding integration and permissions are actually implemented.

5.2 How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide the functionality users authorize or for other purposes expressly permitted by applicable Google policies and law.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unless that use is expressly permitted by the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and any required consent has been obtained.

Human access to Google user data is restricted and permitted only where authorized by applicable policy and law, such as when the required user consent has been obtained, when necessary for security purposes, or when required by law.

5.3 Gmail Data Processing

If Gmail integration is implemented and authorized, Feeda may process the Gmail information necessary to provide the requested email functionality. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include message content, recipients, subjects, metadata, or email bodies.

The information processed and the actions performed depend on the specific Gmail features enabled and the permissions granted by the user.

Important: The published policy must accurately describe whether Gmail messages, metadata, attachments, or derived information are stored; whether email content is sent to an AI provider; the applicable retention periods; and how that information is deleted. If Feeda only uses Google Sign-In and does not access Gmail, Gmail-specific processing claims must be removed.

5.4 Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Feeda’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google user data will be accessed, used, stored, and shared only as permitted by that policy. Transfers to service providers will be limited to authorized purposes and must comply with applicable Google requirements.

We will not sell Google user data, transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes, or use it for purposes prohibited by Google’s policies.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Providers

Feeda provides AI-powered features that may process prompts, questions, conversations, documents, and other information submitted by users to generate responses, recommendations, summaries, and requested results.

To provide these features, information may be transmitted to third-party AI providers or infrastructure providers where necessary to fulfill a user’s request.

We do not represent that information remains exclusively within Feeda if it is transmitted to an external provider. The processing, retention, and use of information by those providers are subject to the applicable service arrangements and policies.

Google user data will not be used to train generalized AI models except where expressly permitted by the applicable Google policy and any required consent has been obtained.

AI provider disclosure: Feeda must identify the AI providers that receive user content, including any provider that receives Google-derived information, and accurately describe applicable data retention and model-training practices.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should review AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Feeda may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain authentication sessions.
  • Remember user preferences.
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
  • Diagnose errors and improve platform performance.
  • Measure service usage where analytics are enabled.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie-preference tools provided by Feeda. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information in the following circumstances, subject to applicable law and any additional restrictions governing Google user data.

8.1 Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, databases, authentication, AI processing, email delivery, security, technical support, and other services needed to operate Feeda.

Providers receive information necessary for their authorized services. Where Google user data is involved, all processing and transfers must comply with applicable Google policies, including Limited Use requirements.

8.2 User-Directed Actions

Information may be shared when users request an action that requires it, such as sending an authorized email or sharing information with another recipient through a supported feature.

8.3 Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect users or the public, investigate security incidents, or enforce our terms and policies.

8.4 Business Transfers

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and restrictions governing Google user data.

9. Data Storage and Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.

Retention periods depend on the type of information and the feature involved. Information may include account records, AI conversations, uploaded files, support requests, technical logs, OAuth tokens, and Google-derived information where authorized.

We will not retain Google user data longer than necessary to provide the authorized functionality or for another purpose expressly permitted by applicable policy and law.

When information is no longer necessary, we will delete it or appropriately de-identify it, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted exceptions.

Retention disclosure: Before publishing, specify actual retention periods for OAuth tokens, Gmail messages and metadata, AI prompts and responses, uploaded files, security logs, backups, and information held by third-party providers.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

Depending on our actual infrastructure, these measures may include HTTPS encryption, access controls, secure credential handling, restricted system access, security monitoring, software updates, and backup procedures.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. User Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Request a portable copy of eligible information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications where applicable.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Requests will be handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Feeda account and associated personal information by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section.

We will take appropriate steps to delete or de-identify information covered by a valid request, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted exceptions.

Deleting a Feeda account does not necessarily revoke Google authorization automatically. You should also revoke Google access through your Google Account settings when appropriate.

Deletion requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant Google API requirements. Any information retained for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons will be retained only as permitted by law.

13. Children’s Privacy

Feeda’s intended audience and minimum age requirements are subject to the applicable services and laws. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Before publishing, confirm Feeda’s intended audience, minimum age requirements, and any applicable parental consent procedures.

14. International Data Transfers

Feeda and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information. These may include contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Feeda may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. Those services may operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

We encourage users to review the relevant policies before providing information directly to third-party services that Feeda does not control.

16. Marketing and Service Communications

We may send essential account, security, and service-related communications. Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing communications.

You may opt out of marketing messages using the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us. Opting out does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, or service notifications.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.

17. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we may rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or another lawful basis.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by law.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Feeda, our data practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When changes are published, we will update the Last Updated date. Where required by applicable law or Google API policies, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent before making material changes to data-processing practices.

We encourage users to review this page periodically.
